Regardless, of the what the situation was they were rather rude. I would not recommend this place. They need to take a course in customer service. If you don't have patients you wouldn't have a business.

Had it not been for the need for my child to have her teeth taken care of I would've walked out. Just gonna be honest. Dr. Chandler may have degrees but that means nothing when it comes to common sense. The attitude of his staff and even the Dentist himself comes off as rude and very condescending.
I took a photo of my daughter's teeth,mid surgery, but instead of the nurse politely reminding me that phones weren't allowed, Dr. Chandler tells me, "you need to thank OBAMACARE for that!". Ummm what the heck does OBAMACARE have to do with anything! A simple no phones ma'am wouldve done fine. Quite sure because I'm African American he mentioned this. Wonder if he knows OBAMACARE services more middle to older aged whites than blacks. Ignorant like 45. On top of that he creepily continued to reference my daughter as "the little girl with the cavities" and not her name.
I have known "Dr. Andy" and his family for many years and he treated both of my boys. The older one needed a crossbite appliance. It was so nice to have Dr. Chandler be able to do that along with regular check-ups. My younger one had a tooth pulled and had a few cavities. He never fussed or was scared to go to the dentist. His staff is always kind and professional. I like that they tell you what your portion of the bill will be BEFORE they do anything! They even set up a payment plan for the appliance. My boys loved "Dr. Andy" and your kids will too!
The place is rude, simple as that. They yanked and pulled on my little brother's tooth and told him to stop crying because he [Dr. Chandler] wasn't even touching the tooth he was working on. I would definitely NOT recommend this dentist office.
