I am not apologizing for this rant, because this OFFICE has been great to me!!! I love the staff & doctors here. It's very unfortunate you have people who work minimum wage jobs (or no job) disrespect a business. If you had that much of a problem, why not call the office & tell them? To anyone reading, please go visit. Dr V. & Dr. J love their patients!
From personal experience they are good for cleanings, but when you have a serious dental issue you would want to go somewhere else!!
First let me address these very ignorant comments left that are very toxic to this successful business.. If you are going to attempt to write a negative review, please spell check your comments.. Also if you waited 3 hours, be grateful that they accepted you as a walk-in as many doctors don't (and yes a schedule works just like a reservation, google it).
I've been here waiting since 11am. They are slow is hell. Needs to be shut down.
I was a patient for 1.5 yrs. and will NEVER GO BACK! The staff/receptionist is very rude on the phone & in person. Dentist chairs & rooms are not clean. Suction tools are not wrapped or clean. Dr. Gaines did not not see I had a leaking crown or need for a repaired filling. Anther dentist didn't even know how to correctly place a filling so I had to go back a week later for Dr. Gaines to repair the issue... but it still wasn't correct. As long as u have an appt., the wait times are not bad at all. The hygeniest tried to tell me I had gingivitis but I keep my teeth clean & a second dentist said my gums & teeth are very healthy. They will not send your files/folder/X-rays to another office. They say they will but never email them. Even at the other offices request by phone.
Worst Dentist I have ever seen ...I have never had a Dentist Hurt me so bad... Went in for an Extraction and he Broke the Roots off and told me he got it all ... I questioned him several times because I felt him break the tooth , he wouldn't show me what he got out.. Now after a week of pain and suffering parts of the tooth are coming out of my infected Gum... I'm trying to find a Real Dentist that will get the Broken roots out.. Also this was the most Dirty and Unprofessional office of any kind I have Ever been to... The employees were carrying on like they were in the Nite Club or something ... Only reason I didn't leave was because it was a Saturday and they were the only thing open and I was hurting... Wish I had waited till Monday.. Hurting 10 times worse now... If you Like pain and suffering this is the place to be... Anybody giving positive reviews on here are obviously Friends and Family or Employees, and they probably go somewhere else when they need Dental work...
