Dr. Moses and her staff are wonderful. All three of my children enjoy their dental visits. My oldest likes to go back alone, to prove he's a big boy, and she always explains to me off anything is wrong or what we need to contribute doing at home. She and her staff are always personable, professional and most importantly kid-approved.
Our appointment was at 10:45 yesterday morning. We were still in the waiting room at 12:30. No one had come out to call for any of the children in a while. It was almost like they had left us there while they went to lunch. We finally left after waiting for 2 hours without being seen. After telling a colleague about my negative experience, he told me about his daughter's horrible experience there. His child was RESTRAINED while he was asked to stay in the waiting room for some dental work. We went to Dr. Baker today and had the exact opposite experience. Take your children to Dr. Baker across the street instead of Dr. Moses!
I don't have any unpleasant experiences with Dr. Moses or the staffing. At times you may hear a complaint about the wait time, however; Dr. Moses is only one person. People need to realize that she gives her best for each patient. She does not do a rush job to get you in and out. If there is a problem they are all there to make sure your child is very well taken care of, so she may take a little longer for some versus others! I say keep up the great work, because you can not ask for a better Pediatric Dentistry that takes the time to know your children and set up personal care plans to keep them healthy!
Everyone is always pleasant and nice. They do a very good job treating my son. They make his visits to the dentist easy and without stress.
The best children's dentist. The staff is freindly and they get it done the first time every time. Dr. Moses is patient with the kids and knowledgeable about her work. If you are looking for a dentist this is the place!
