The doctor himself is a rude and dry person, no people skills what so ever. He zooms in for a few seconds, grunts, and is gone. I only met one assistant that was nice in the two or three visits I had there. In asking for my records they ask for a 24 hour notice but take 2 days instead. I called a thursday morning for my records but didnt get them till Monday. I was told to come ANY time that day and when i try to come at 1 pm im told (yes they are IN office) that ill have to wait till 2 to get anything. Rude rude rude.
BEST DENTIST IN AUGUSTA! I'm a patient of this office, and I just love Dr. Thomason and all of his staff. They are always friendly and respective of my time. A few years ago, I had some extensive work done. Dr. Thomason spent the time with me to explain my options and his recommendations, and the front office staff further explained what my insurance would likely pay for each of the options. I went with Dr. Thomason's recommendation, which involved work over a couple of appointments that spanned a weekend. I am always nervous with dental work, and Dr. Thomason definitely went above and beyond to calm my nerves. He even called to check on me between appointments over the weekend to make sure I wasn't having any complications. I am more than pleased with the results of the work, and I've had no further issues with the affected teeth. I would highly recommend Dr. Thomason's office to anyone, as I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have been a continuous patient of Dr. Thomason’s for nearly 19 years. I recently had my third crown fitted and placed by Dr. Thomason. I appreciate his care and attention to detail. I find his staff to be prompt and courteous.
