Mrs Debbie does an awesome job cleaning our teeth. She takes her time and is very gentle. When you leave there, your teeth feel very clean.
Dr. Rabun and his team were AMAZING, professional, and exceptionally nice and caring. The entire staff was wonderful, despite my tooth being the reason they were having to stay late on a Friday, and I cannot thank them enough for being so willing to help stop the pain I had been in for three days when no other dental office in the area would even attempt to work me in. You couldn't hope for a better practice to care for your teeth!
I had a medical emergency where my tooth had abscessed and caused me soo! much pain. I called around to so many offices and Dr. Rabun's Office was the only one who could get me in. His staff was so sweet and welcoming, and I just love how down to earth Dr. Rabun is. He was very professional and proficient. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a permanent dentist in his field!! I'm switching over to make him my primary dentist.
While out of town for work, a tooth that I was scheduled to have crowned the next week began hurting terribly. The dentist I was seeing called in an Antibiotic for me, but failed to let me know that they would not be in the office when I returned to the CSRA. When I contacted the assistant to my dentist as their voice recording requested, I was told I'd just have to try to get through to Monday despite the worsening pain, inability to eat or drink anything, and inability to get any sleep.
I had no option but to try to find someone to take care of the root canal that was sorely needed. After contacting 6 local dentists offices and being turned away by all, Dr. Rabun's staff did not hesitate to collect the necessary information from me over the phone and immediately had me come straight over despite the fact that they were closing in one hour. Upon my arrival, I completed the standard new patient paperwork, and was in the dental chair in under 10 minutes as a work in. Dr. Rabun immediately numbed the offending tooth to relieve the pain before starting xrays.

I had an awful cavity that was shooting pain for a while and I thought it was beginning to abscess right before thanksgiving. I finally went to get it fixed the day before thanksgiving, as a walk in, and with barely any wait they took me right in. The entire staff was extremely nice! I don't have insurance and it wasn't super expensive. They also offer a dental plan for people without insurance. I will definitely be back.
She keeps us laughing the whole visit as well.
I have been going to this dentist's office, and specifically to dental hygienist Elizabeth DeGennaro, for 5 years now. Very professional staff while still being approachable and genuinely interested in you (and, of course, your teeth). Dr. Rabun is also a sweet gentleman who has a very light touch even when doing fillings. You'll love them.
