I've had Maaco fix three different cars over the course of the last 10 years. They have all been small repairs/areas repainted so I can't speak for larger issues. We've never had any problems. Our cars were in one day and out the next. The customer service was also great. I had to wait a few minutes once while someone finished with a customer on the phone, but that's not a big deal. I definitely recommend them if you are having to pay out of your own pocket.
Horrible customer service! No wonder they have the rating they have and most definitely deserve it! I will NEVER do business or step foot back in the door of the Augusta Macco store!
My daughter got her car painted and it looks great! There had to do some body work and we chose the higher grade paint service (about $1000). With the body work and paint the price was a little over $2000. But as I said it looks great and a lot less than other body shops. It took exactly one week. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because there was one small issue they could not resolve but it was explained and it was no big deal.
I was involved in an accident where someone hit the back of my car and I had to get the back bumper replaced along with the back of the driver seat fixed. This company is the WORST company to take your vehicle to! They are so fixated on getting that insurance check and your deductible and they do not do a good job on your car. The day I was suppose to pick my car up, they still had not fixed my seat! I had to hound them about it! Ridiculous! I will never take my car back to this company! And on top of that, I think they STOLE my battery out of my car! So be careful when taking your car to this place...I wouldn't!
