I like this place because the sell almost all the tools I need and they are a trust worthy brand.

They don't deserve even 1 star I agre! It took 4 and 1/2 hrs. To have 4 new tires put on my brothers Durango and supposed to have an alignment. But when we left it was pulling to the right, it wasn't doing that when we brought it in. Just saying I could have did it all by hand in 4hrs. We were the only ppl there. So not real busy, just saying Tires Plus next time!!
This store is dishonest and the staff are rude. They will try everything they can just not to honor your warranty. If you ever can avoid this store, avoid it. Zero star if possible.
My husband and I went to the mall, and we realized we had a flat tire pulling out. We went to ask if they could plug our tire, and the guy said he had more work than he could complete. I manage an auto center, and I'm just saying if I had a customer in my position, I would do what I could to help that person out. Just sucks. His attitude wasn't the best either. Maybe they could hire more help. Idk.
