Today was my first time dealing with discount tire. Must say I was impressed. Everyone was professional and courteous. Even the installers were and they were clean cut, a dying trait in today's society. Price was reasonable, service was fast pulled in the parking lot 09:18 and pulled out at 10:18. Even though the web site stated they had all six tires I wanted and there was only four there I'm still impressed enough to give them 5 stars.
AWESOME JUST AWESOME. Being in customer service myself it's nice to be the customer and receive great service. I'm here now for a rotate, balance, and inspect. (Free). These guys are very fast and exact. Very polite, they heard I'm going out of state and looked up other locations along my way just in case. I love it here.
I love discount tire! I bought 4 brand new tires 2 years ago at a different location, but I use this location for my rotations due to relocating. Every discount tire I have been to has been excellent and the staff is always so polite. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tire needs!! Not to mention the deals are great and their warranty for their tires are great as well! :)
Wow, what service. Brought in my wife's BMW which had a nail in it. The 535 has run-flat tires and BMW said they don't repair them, they replace them... well, not for free, for about $400. Discount Tire was incredible. Fast, polite, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They fixed the tire in less than an hour FOR FREE!. Reminded me of Les Schwab in Seattle which has had a similar business model for decades.
Great experience and when I need replacement tires I'll be visiting Discount Tire for sure (not BMW for sure...)
