When First pulling up, I️ was greeted with a smile and a hand shake by David Spencer. Didn’t know him at all before but I️ really had the luck of the draw on this one. I️ do Sales for Verizon myself and I️ believe this was one of the most genuine sales professionals I’ve ever met. I️ told him what I️ was looking to accomplish and he helped me do just that. The dealership was great but David is really what made this experience so great. I️ would both buy my next vehicle from him as well as recommend him to my mother.
Most of the people are so nice. Some of them are professional. The mechanics though sometimes diagnose the problem based on what u said not based on what he found. They don't tend to look for the problem. But they have a very nice waiting area with a new gourmet coffee maker and snacks and water passing around every now and then
Great Customer Service! Caleb Woods was my salesman and he was so patient while I decided which vehicle I wanted. He answered all my questions and let me look at all the vehicles without making me feel rushed. Milton Ruben gave me a great discount from the sticker and made my experience so easy. They even filled up my new 4Runner and had it sparkling clean. Caleb took the time to program my phone and show me how all the apps worked on a very busy day at the dealership!

I have always received the best deals from Milton Reuben. I live over an hour away but will still drive to them for my car needs. Their prices are more than reasonable. As far as service, there is none better. They even cookout for everyone on Saturdays. They have hot dogs, sausage dogs, hamburgers, chips, and even name brand drinks. I recommend them to people in my area and insist that its worth the drive. To be realistic, i have had one hiccup with them, but Paul, Rachel, and Wesley quickly remedied the matter. Thanks for your up and beyond customer service.
