My motor went out on me, fortunately I had warranty still. David was a pleaseure to deal with from the time I dropped it off till I received it back. They kept me informed on every step of the way. It made the experience so much better to feel like I had people that cared.
We are from Marietta, Georgia. and my husband is now working at Plant Vogtle. Unfortunately, his transmission went out yesterday while I was here visiting. We contacted the dealership and were in direct contact with the sales service man, "Barry". He immediately made all calls to expedite the transmission to be done as soon as possible. My husband was given a courtesy call to drive back and forth to work so that I could return to Marietta. The customer service we received from our initial contact was outstanding!! When we arrived, Barry had all arrangements in place and we could have not been there any more than 15 minutes. In all the dealerships that we have bought and serviced our vehicles, Ford, Cadillac, Jeep and Chevrolet, none have ever given us this quality of service and care. The service received by "Barry" has exceeded our expectations!! Please congratulate him on his professionalism and customer service. People with this type of dedication and commitment are employees that excel and keep your customers returning! Thank you Barry for making this experience under the circumstances as best as it could be!! We wish future success in your career!
DO NOT GO HERE, TOOK THEM 14 WEEKS TO FIX MY TRUCK AND THEY DID NOT FIX IT COMPLETELY, VERY DUMB STAFF, UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL, PLUS EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! They 100% ripped me off and took THEIR SWEET TIME! WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD! I'm missing stuff on my truck like screws and lug nuts that never got put back on!!! Oh did I mention it's gone from this shop to another one because they didn't do their jobs right!
Everyone here was committed to answering my questions respectfully and informatively, which is a very refreshing experience as a female walking into a dealership. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness! I'm glad to have found a service center for my Chevy that I look forward to visiting again - without worry that I'll be treated differently or taken advantage of. The service was timely and fairly priced and the employees in the Parts Center and the Body Shop were very helpful.
