Had a great experience with this storage place. Just moved here and Matt in the front office was so nice and told me about the area! Thank you to Robert also for the help!
We are moving our stuff from the storage units and have not had any issues (i.e. No bugs, our locks have NOT been tampered with, etc.). This company has been nothing but kind, and honest with us. That's hard to find with most companies in today's world. I do not have anything negative to report with this company, and would HIGHLY recommend it if you need a storage unit.
My boyfriend and I moved from Atlanta and Rome Georgia to Augusta on short notice for jobs. Due to some circumstances, we needed a storage unit very quickly. Simply self storage had some units available, thankfully. Later, we found we needed another unit for more of our belongings. They were kind enough to find us a unit close to the original unit. We found that their rates were fair! Their units are clean and easily accessible.
Rented a unit from this location today and I just have to say that Matt was awesome and provided exceptional customer service!
I stopped by the other day to get some information about the place because I'm moving soon. Robert and Matt were so helpful and informative! The facility is very clean and well maintained. I trust they will take great care of my stuff and keep it safe.
We had to move suddenly for job promotions and when I tell you they were helpful....it's an understatement! Matt was soooooo super nice and willing to help and explain. They were awesome! The other guy Rob I believe is his name, I always want his name to be David, was also very helpful.....SUPER customer service! I will be recommending them to everyone with storage needs! I had a great experience with them and the price was competitive.
