Great Customer Service, Clean environment
Incorrect post location: Please see Deans Bridge Road Review. Leaving original rating because of the personal email received from the general manager of this location who used the company email to attempt to chastise and "correctly" verify the facts from their perspective. Completely unprofessional!
**Terrible. Fees and more fees. Lied about auto draft and then tried to charge me $25 late fee when it was set up prior to my departure. Didn't warn and called 7 days later to collect. Lost keys to vehicle also. Received attitude from representative. Poor customer service.
Janet from the very 1st day I met her was awesome, very professional, understandable, and did I mention funny. Will most definitely rent at this location again and tell my friends about my awesome experience.
