Aside from being a little outside our appointment window, our technician was thorough, very personable, and kept a clean work space; and, the office staff I had the opportunity to speak to are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely use Yohe Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.
I am very upset about a resent experience with Yohe. I moved into my home 2 1/2 years ago. Brand new construction. The first year my ac unit was diagnosed with a leak. Yohe repaired for a fee of 95. This year, my air stopped cooling. Yohe diagnosed another leak in the same area. This time the bill was 565.00. They never gave me an estimate of the cost before beginning the work. I assumed since the leak was in the same area, it would be about the same to fix. When they knew the cost was going to be 5x more, I should have been told in advance. I will not be using this company again.
Bridgette was absolutely amazing! She walked me through every step of getting an employee here to diagnosis the water heater problem, how to order warranty parts (customer had to do it), call backs to reassure me that the repairman was coming and to ask if everything went well in ordering the parts.

Forgive me for forgetting the repairman's name but he was so helpful when the warranty company had questions that I couldn't answer. He called them for me in a timely manner to get the parts overnighted. Once the parts were delivered they came to do the repairs as soon as possible and made sure that there was hot water before they left.
