Have used these guys for years always with great service. The last time I had an unusual situation that I needed help with.They sent Virgil over and he took care of it in just a few minutes.I would highly recommend this long time family owned local business.
My water heater went out 2 nights ago. I contacted my home warranty company, Old Republic, and they put in a work order with Hardy Plumbing. The next morning, Hardy Plumbing contacted to me to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon. After that phone call, I googled the company to look at their reviews. I have to admit, I was a little apprehensive about their services because of some recent reviews. Luckily, my experience with them did not reflect the negative reviews I read. Mark came out and quickly assess the situation. Ultimately, I needed a new water heater which my home warranty covered. He explained to me what the technicians were going to do and told me that they would be there the next morning between 8am - 11am. Naturally, especially when I have dealt with other servicemen and time windows, I really did not expect them to get there until closer to 9am, if not after. At 8am on the dot this morning, I heard a knock at the door. One tech was the door and the other was pulling equipment out of the van. I let them in the garage to do their work and they were done well before 9:30am. They explained to me what all they did and how to operate my new water heater. All three servicemen were nice and courteous, which I was nervous about going into this because most of their negative reviews were about their customer service and how it was horrible. I am grateful I did not have those same experiences and that I really only had to go one day without hot water.
Hardy Plumbing was fantastic. Helped us with our kitchen remodel plumbing. Great work and very reasonably priced. Teams were super knowledgeable and they were quick! We were referred to them by Heath Jefferson at Artistic Kitchens & Design, which was a huge help since we are new to the area.
Horrible! “Fixed” the leak, but did not inspect anything. Long story short, claw foot bathtub leaked and he only checked the one valve. Didn’t have the question as to why or where or how. Told me I couldn’t use my tub ever again. Paid 95$ for 15 minutes of work. Massive leak a week later causing 12k minimum worth of damage. He had to come today (23Oct17) and did things correctly. Had he had done that before, this wouldn’t have happened. Do not use.
We were very pleased with the prompt and friendly service we recently received from Hardy's . Our plummer (Chris -- I think) --explained the cause of our problem - fixed it -- so efficient and courteous .
