I got embroidery done here for a gift. The gentleman helped me through the process, knowing I was by no means a pro. He honestly told me what would look good, what wouldn't and what size would "fit". Best part, I asked him to rush it by Friday and it was ready two days early. It looked really nice. FYI: call if you have a project and think they might can help. May surprise you.

The price for my sewing needs was a few dollars less then at alterations on fort Gordon. The service was amazing. The man who rang me up, had a very welcoming attitude. About three groups of people walked in while I was turning my uniforms in. And he was patient and still took focused on my needs. For spending over 40 dollars on alterations, I was then given the option to pick out a three inch knife from a dozen on display. He also gave me to cards for free local eats. This place is amazing.

I had sewing and press done to my uniform last week. As soon as they're done with it they text me to inform me that I can pick them up at my convenience. Great service and quick turnaround on my uniform.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place! Anyone can sew on a rank or dry clean something- but this place offers so much more. They truly care about their customers! First of all, the staff was so friendly and helpful as well as knowledgable when it came to my military items, "Doc" in particular. They really take care of you here- when they gave me the free knife that comes with $25 purchase Doc actually took the time to explain to me about the different kinds of knives and what they're used for. Their prices are great, the service is extremely quick, and their text messaging service is just super convenient, fast, and to the point. I probably sound like some kind of sales rep for them but they just made such an impression on me that I HAD to write them a review :) I highly recommend this place and send all of my friends here!

These guys are owned by an army vet, so plus one for serving, and on top of that, they perfectly nailed my navy dress blue top. They sewed on a rocker, and service stripe, steamed and lint rolled it in one day. This was not rush ordered. (they do quote you 3 days for all of this.) You can tell this place pays attention to detail. Great, friendly staff and clean/up to date facility;Much more so than the average run down cleaners and alterations facilities you see. I have to say these guys are a MUCH better option than total force locates by gate 5. I'll be back for sure.
