Won't go back, charged me 55 dollars for 6 dresses! Only paid a few dollars above that to buy the dresses to begin with! Didn't tell me what the cost would be, 1st time there, had to ask when they would be ready! Counter person was absolutely rude, & arrogant, don't the people who own this place read these? Gooooood grief, I for one am telling everyone everyday on facebook! Crooks~
I usually get great service from this cleaners until recently, I was over charged on my order, they obviously went up on the price of dresses, and they ruined a dress that I wore only once. I had them press only this same dress!!! I don't understand!!! I tried to go back to the store I brought the dress from to order another one and unfortunately they don't have my size!!!!
Materials were cleaned in a prompt and efficient manner. Received good customer service from staff.

I had been coming to this place for awhile now. I bring my military uniform and civilian clothes mostly for dry cleaning. Used to have good service until they hired a rude old little Asian lady. Maybe she's family. I don't know and I don't care. She had never been nice like greeting you when you come in their store or saying thank you after you pay. I ignored that as long as my dry cleaning was done. Today she was especially obnoxious and rude. Brought in my comforter to be dry cleaned. It easily cost me $50-$60 to do it every once in awhile. I came in I said hello, nothing from her. She continued to work on what she was doing. I patiently waited for her to finish and put my comforter on the counter. She asked for my number, looked me up, gave me a receipt. Nothing again from her. As I walked out the door I turned around and asked her when will it be ready? She looked at me as if I was dumb and with a sneer and a wave of her hand and a rude tone in her voice says it's on your receipt. I just said ok and walked out. After I drove off I was looking for my phone in the car and realized I must have it wrapped up in the comforter when I carried it in. I walked in and asked her if she's seen my phone. She just gives me a mean look on her face and says no I seen nothing. I asked her if she can check and she raises her voice to me and says it's not possible because she shook it. At this point I'm extremely upset now and I raised my voice back at her and tell her you need to stop being rude to me and just check. So she goes back and starts shaking it and it comes right out. I'm hot and I go off on her and tell her all you had to do was check when I asked you to. She started apologizing but I am so heated I demanded my comforter back and told them I had been coming here awhile but I never will again. Her apology came too late at this point. Moral to this story is that this didn't have to escalate to this. When you run a business your job is to cater to your customers. If they continue to run their business with rude employees then I don't think people will want to continue going there. They have definitely lost my business and any people who ask me about any good dry cleaning places around here, I'll be telling them not to go there at all.
