The first time my husband bought flowers from here they were outstanding but the last couple of times and one time when I went in to the shop to purchase flowers were less than. The delivery people are wonderful, delivery was great BUT this time and the time before the flowers were just ok. Once because while the roses were really fresh and pretty, the vase they were in was cheap looking and this time the roses were fairly fresh but short stemmed and there was a lot of extraneous glitzy decoration added that was, well, tacky. The time I went in the shop to purchase small arrangements for people, I felt as if I were intruding and the salesperson was curt. I don't like giving mediocre or bad reviews but if the first time was outstanding and the following 3 times were not great then it seems necessary to say so someone can either improve the quality or customers can shop around for other options.

Ordered flowers for a funeral when I was out of town. The services were Sunday and the family received them on Thursday the following week. So disappointed in this company. Will never use them again.
