We were extremely pleased with the flowers for my uncle's funeral service. The spray was lovely. It was filled out nicely and was prominently displayed.

Do not use this company! They were suppose to deliver flowers for a funeral and did not get there on time. The owner argued with me that they did not know the time of the funeral, but that was absolutely not the truth. These flowers were for my Uncle's funeral. We live several states away and could not be more disappointed in their lack of professionalism. While they did credit my card, they left us in a very embarrassing situation.
This was one of those "quick, I need to find a florist to send flowers to someone in the area moments". A quick search of the Internet and the area of Washington Road in Augusta rendered Amelia's. She had good reviews, so I gave her a call from Indiana. I called and made my request. This is where I was especially pleased. I gave Amelia my price range and when I would like the arrangement delivered, she texted me a photo of the arrangement and had already made contact with the recipients within an hour's time. I am very please! This place by the photo on the website appears to be a smaller, non-franchised, locally owned business. I strongly believe it is important to support the locals. Hope you give her a try and shop local too.
