This is the Walmart you go to if you don't want to find any sort of help and want to sort through items that are unorganized.
Also, try to not use the bathroom here. If the stalls close and latch, they're very rarely clean.
Every time we've been here we have to wait in the line to exit because they won't let you pass without checking your receipt first. If you're in a rush they still make you wait in the line. Once I couldn't find my receipt and they made someone walk back to register and print it out to look at it. Outrageous they treat customers like criminals .never shop here again .
I mean it's a Walmart, the things you need are here. The people to help, not so much. On multiple occasions, I have stumbled upon employees congregated together and talking about drama happening in their lives. To add to this, some of the cashiers have the personality of a porous rock. Now I know there are some hard working personable people who work here, but they are just so out numbered by the employees that just "show up".
Visited the store around three on Sunday evening. Entered through the Garden Center to inquire about the reduced price on the remaining stock of decorative mulch. Waited for approximately an hour for a Customer Service associate to assist me with the purchase and loading of at least twenty-five bags of mulch. The Associate checking customer receipts as they exited the store did try calling for assistance on my behalf waited nearby but no one came. I left without purchasing what I came for.
Slow need more people at cash register .You have people standing around doing nothing .On weekends you have like five cash register open. That's how you you make money. People like to get out of house they going to spend money. But they are not going to stand and wait all day.You are not the only store. They can go to Target Store or Mall. Holidays is coming think about it. How would you feel? Picture you with kids they are hungry crying .Your will leave stuff behind in buggies you loose money. Thanks trying to help you out.
Always busy. Not a helpful staff, they all accumulate at the exit to check bags instead of working around the store or stocking.
Law suit waiting to happen here!
Well let me start by saying Walmart is one of my favorite place to grocery shop. Me and my husband went into Walmart to get a couple of things, I'm on crutches because of knee surgery. There was no available riding cart and the two that were there wasn't working properly. I saw other customers riding in the carts who was able bodies. I talked to a CSM who stated that this happens all the time but they can't say anything. I talked to one gentlemen on oxygen who said he wasn't going to shop because of the availability of the riding cart, he left, I stayed. If Walmart make it where you have to ask for one at customer service, then the lazy people who gets one to keep from walking around or the kids who playing around on them will not have such easy access to the carts and maybe the ones who truly needs them will have a better chance.
