This store is old school been around forever. However, of you're looking for the latest trends you won't find them here. Church clothing or buisness apparel maybe yes! Household appliances or Lawncare items you will find plenty here. They sell a little bit of everything here. But most definitely not the store it use to be. Oh yeah, the baby section is pretty cool.

Bought a pressure washer online and still almost 3 weeks later no pressure washer. Sears does not call or even let you know what's going on with an order that should have already arrived weeks ago. When you do call the customer service representative are rude and unhelpful. Now in the process of trying to get my money back for something ordered that has failed to be fulfilled by Sears. I used to be a die hard Sears fan but with this failure and disrespectful attitude from Sears I will no longer buy anything affiliated with this chain. If I could give zero stars I would, this place does not deserve one start at all!
The worst! No sense of customer service and the delivery department manager is a pathological liar. After the experience in this store, I say close this store next!
I wish I could give less than 1 star. I genuinely hope Sears financial problems speed up and they go under quicker than they already are. This is the worst possible company I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to waste my time with. I bought a refrigerator/freezer in 2015 that only made ice for 3 months before crapping out on my. I have spent a year and half trying to have it repaired. Since the beginning of 2016 I have had: three ice makers replaced, a new door put on, a new control panel, a new water valve, a second door ordered by a tech that never showed up. All this and Sear refuses to replace my refrigerator. They have terrible customer service and do not stand by their products. DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS!
