Awful, Every time I go into this store I wait in line so long I change my mind on what I was going to buy.
Didn't know there was a Lane Bryant in Augusta...Went to the store in North Little Rock, Arkansas this past week end and the clerks were so friendly and found everything I was looking for.... Gonna try the one in Augusta Ga. real soon!!
The associates don't seem to be on the same page. I was told one thing when I made a purchase and when I went to make a return because the bras were terribly uncomfortable, I was told that the return policy was different than what I was told. This store is ridiculous and I will never shop there again. I will also make sure no one else I know ever shops there.
