The personnel were really nice especially when helping my friend with her baby registry. The main drawback to this place is that everything is expensive. The stuff is nice and it has just about everything you could want for your baby or toddler but it is really expensive.
I cannot say enough good things about the employees at Buy Buy Baby in Augusta! They were so great and helpful when I first registered and are always so friendly every time I'm in there. They also made returns and exchanges incredibly easy.
My family just visited this store- it was my husband, myself, our 9 month old girl, our 2.5 year old son, and my in laws. There was hardly anyone in the store. No employee besides the cashier said hi to us, yet all the employees supervising the floor followed us around observing us. We just dropped $100 on toys and gifts and received zero customer service besides from the cashier and left feeling like we weren't trusted in the store. From now on, we will be buying online from Amazon or visting Target and Toys R Us.
They're overpriced and had no black Friday deals!
First visit today. Wonderful organized store. Will be back.
