Went there yesterday with family. We all got gotta love it sizes. We had two buy one get one coupons and told the lady before she ring us up. The lady act like she was using the coupons but she never did. I didn't realize it because one of the other staff members were talking to me. They told me the prices for the sizes were the same. The lady over charged me. Not happy about this because I feel they should not get over on people especially when the prices for the ice cream is not displayed. Now my family and I lost two coupons. Be careful when you go so they don't overcharge you.
It's fun to go and pick out everything you want and watch them make it "your way". The staff has always been fun, respectful, and playful.
Do not let the same price for all 3 sizes fool you. This location consistently under-portions their "gotta have it" size. Most Coldstone locations I have been to usually fill the respective cup fully and then some. At this location, they don't even fill the cup itself. But they sure meticulously weigh every single portion though. You get 3 toppings free, however the price is comparable to other locations with 3 toppings. It is the only location in Augusta so it gets incredibly crowded. The line is slow, and you often have to wait behind someone who has to try every single flavor. They have one worker who does nothing but hand small spoons to try out flavors while everyone else waits behind; this worker does not take orders. They, however have a large selection of flavors though.
This place is very good! They give you alot for the BUCK!!$$$ They make the best icecream Cakes intown!!! Friendly service and clean building.
Went with coworkers and had the watermelon & lemon sorbet in a waffle bowl. It was so good & refreshing on a very hot/humid day. Will be back.
