Poor customer service, refused to sell a ticket to a retired military member! BEWARE!
Discounted tickets for Disneyworld, Universal and others- actually in stock! Ladies were so nice and helped me and answered my questions politely when I thought they were a little silly. Will always come back here for the discounted tickets!
Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Can sometimes be hard to get a hold of and are kind of lax about returning phone calls. Over all though great experience and will be using them again for future trips.
CALLED AT 9 AM ON 3=27 AND THE LADY I SPOKE TO SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK. WELL AT 4.45 I CALLED AGAIN AND LEFT A VOICE MSG. TO PLEASE CALL ME. YOU CAN PROBABLY GUESS NO CALL. I'M PROBABLY SURE THEY COULD HAD SAVED ME SOME $$$, BUT IF YOU USE THEM YOU BETTER CALL TWO MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME AS YOU'R NEVER SURE WHEN OR IF THEY MIGHT CALL BACK!!! Now on the other hand, called Fort Jackson August 2016 and they helped me and did save me lots of $$$. Very good job Fort Jackson, but Aladdin travel at Fort Gordon, VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.= = = =IT'S 8.30 PM ON 4/10 AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK. WHAT DO YOU THINK????
