Bought a fuel gauge through Augusta Powersports and turns out the gauge was defective. I spent $200 on this gauge and the company will NOT take it as a return or exchange it for one that works. Customer service is TERRIBLE! VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL (ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE MANAGER) THEY SCAMMED ME OF $200!
I received very poor service here. Long wait times, high prices and rude staff. Go anywhere else. Had a lot of luck at the local Harley shop though.
I wanted to share my experience with my visit. I have a 1999 V92 bike (The 1st one that victory released) with a transmission issue (locks up with under 14000 miles on it). I went there to see Mark (The service manager) he had a great attitude and is trying to help me with this 17yr old bike. He's going to contact Polaris/Victory and try to help me. I will let you know the end result, but right now it seems like they care and try to help people. Big thumbs up at this time
