Katie and her team are the best! Excellent customer service and went the extra mile to help me get a pair of glasses replaced. The only place I go for sun glasses now. Even though it's a major chain inside a mall, they always give personal attention and make it feel like a personal boutique shopping experience.
First time I've been here and I will return! Cashier, Gaylon was wonderful and knowledgeable! It was close to closing time and he took the time to help me! I almost didn't go bc most stores in the mall are very rude when it's within 30 mins of closing time! Not this store! He acted as if he had all day to help us, answer questions and just treat us with exceptional customer service! Great job Sunglasses Hut!
