I never had an experience living there. Every time I called or asked about availability I was told none availble but yet other ppl got offered a place
I currently live in Eemry Hills and have nothing but a terrible experience thus far. And am currently going through an eviction process. I payed to move in, in Jan and was given my keys BEFORE I had any of my promised appliances. Then the fridge they game me had maggots and was dirty, the stove they gave me didnt have knobs, 1 eye didnt work, and didnt have racks.... After about 2 weeks, I finally had someone else clean the fridge for me, and the rack for the over were replaced. 1 eye on my stove still doesnt work. I also dont have rails on my porch, which I was told would be put on 1 to 2 weeks ago. This trailer also smells like dogs. I've never had a dog but the second you walk through my door it smells like it :-( Susan (property manager/landord) told me that the smell wouldv'e went away b4 I moved in because of the carpet cleaning she was having done. And almost 6months later, still puppy smells. I have a baby on the way due 4th of July and I can't bring my newborn into these living conditions! My fridge as of right now is still not working properly and its going on 2 weeks now. Very unhappy, and I have pictures and conversations of all incidents!
Judgements are back, now nothing but $605,It still was a Horrible exsperince there though for me.............
