One of the worst businesses in Augusta Georgia! Their prices are marked up 60 - 70%. If you need a pump for your pond go online and get it don't get it from Bob's you could probably get it online for $20 cheaper. I stopped going there for a while because a few years ago I went in for some supplies and needed help from one of their employees. There was an employee next to the counter but apparently he was too hungry to help me because I stood there for a minute while he ate a sandwich in Plainview and ignored me. I finally got frustrated and left. I went in a week ago and bought two feet of rubber patch for a rather large whole I had in my liner. yesterday when I went to put it on and there was absolutely zero adhesive for it to stick. I figured that maybe it had to sit in the Sun for a while so thought that it was my fault so I got a hair dryer and heated it up as much as I could to try and make it stick with no luck. I called them to see if I could return the patch or exchange it for something with adhesive and of course they said it is an item that cannot be exchanged or returned. Long story short my pond still leaks. If at all possible avoid Bob's tropical fish again the worst business and Augusta Georgia. You could probably get anything you need online anyways.
