Looks like the theater needed to have the seats refurbished. The head rests were cracked and split. The sound was really good and better than expected. We didn't have time to check out the imax side. I really wish we had time to check it out.
They've upgraded the theater! Online payments, QR codes to scan, a bar (which I'm not too find of), reserved seating! It's nice. They have sensory friendly showings too. Lowered volume and not-so-dark lighting. Autism friendly. Keep up the good work!
The night after Thanksgiving is known to be high volume for movie theaters. Regal Cinemas YOU'VE FAILED!!! You have 4 cashiers and the line is to the theater door. Even using Atom, I still had to wait in line 45 minutes. Whomever did the scheduling needs to be fired or demoted. This was an RPIC FAIL!!
Update: Since I've been coming here regularly I need to update. Great rewards program, great recliners, waits depend on what time you go.
Slow slow slow. 20 minutes in the ticket line, 25 minutes to get nachos. It definitely takes away from the movie experience.
Good matinee pricing. The concessions were as expensive as any other theater, but that's really the only way that they make money. The staff was prompt and friendly, the recliners in the theater are fantastic, and everything was clean.
