Meats before you decide on your order. Recently, visited there and I over heard the cook say he didn't want to prepare more Steak for my order and he had a bad attitude about it and made arrogant jokes about it. Cashiers and other staff were really polite. But he was very unprofessional and nonchalant to me standing right there! "Coming from the persons that cooking your order".. Makes you wonder if you should it it or not...hmmmmmm. Anyway, got my order and food was great!!!

This place is nice and clean to dine for a bite. The food choices are good! You can sample

Food is decent but wow they need some management skills. People are waiting 20-30 minutes because no one is proactive enough to notice when food is running low. I could have made my own chow mein from scratch in the amount of time it took here.

We arrived within an hour of closing. They didn't have several menu items available because they would be closing in an hour. We chose other items. The kung pao chicken was much hotter than I have eaten at other Panda Express locations. The drink that we got from the fountain was old and needed to be changed out, it was seltzer water. When I asked the man behind the counter about it he said "just a minute". We finished our meal and he never addresses the problem. So I paid for three drinks that we didn't drink. Definitely the worst experience at a Panda Express.

Rude service. Food on line was not properly stocked. Food that was available had weird tastes to it. Soda machine was out of several items and ice machine was broken. Will never come back. Sweet fire chicken breasts had strong shrimp taste. When I notified employees there was no remorse or even an apology, they simply said it must be my tongue.

Just had the worst customer experience in a restaurant this year, not even 45 minutes ago. I'm standing in front of a White couple ready to place my order and the White server takes their order like I haven't been standing in line for ten minutes waiting patiently. The White server was on some how dare you think I will take your order before this "pure Aryan couple". This "pure Aryan couple" didn't even have the decency to admit I was before them. I thought, "Alright." A few years ago I would have exploded in my "High-speed McCoy" mode--a nickname I had in the military for unpredictable and volatile behavior-- and cursed everyone in the store out, but I'm in a better more spiritual place these days, so I remained calm. God is testing me, plus I had a free bowl from the T-Mobile Tuesday app, so I'm winning. You think the White server offered an apology or explanation for skipping me? No way. She asks rudely in her you should be grateful your Black A$$ is in my Pure White presence voice, "What do you want?" I'm shaking at this point. I tell her my order and proceed to the checkout. A bowl has 1 entree and 1 side; a plate 2 entrees and 1 side. From what I can see it's a $1.50-2.00 difference. I order a plate. The offer is for a free bowl, but this looks a smart establishment with bright people. They will deduct the offer, charge for me the extra entree. Was I wrong. "It won't let me do that." I walk away, leaving the cashier holding my plate with a heavily made up face. I lost at least twenty minutes waiting, my free offer and was humiliated on some "60's go to the back of the bus" type experience. Avoid this place unless you have a coupon.
