3 to 4 hour wait in the ER. People who have been here 30 mins going back before myself.
Disorganized, and calls back the wrong patient 20 minutes late, then says to go wait in the lobby until you are called correctly (30 minutes after appt.). Maybe call by last name and first name and this wouldn't happen. I hope I dont ever have to come back!!!
Endless cycle of appointment after appointment with no follow up from the staff. Attempted to contact a patient advocate, and they won't even return my call. Over complicate matters with illogical requirements.
Everyone is so nice and wonderful. 2 years ago i had to have surgery there and everyone ALL of my doctors and nurses were so nice and gentle and after 3 days they put in a referral so that i could go to physical therapy. Without them i probably would have broken my leg or my leg would have become paralyzed. So THANK YOU Eisenhower...!!!
