called 3 times, set up 3 appointments, no show everytime. finally talked with his again. tried to tell me (OVER THE PHONE WITH OUT EVER SEEING MY HOUSE) that I didn't have a problem. he told me "if you want me to just come find something to charge you for I can". great way to do business. I will find someone else to do the work.
