When I told the detailer that the car was brand new, he treated it like he owned it. Immaculate and thorough detailing. Only place in Augusta to get a full service car wash.
Paid for the more expensive car wash and though the outside of the car was pretty clean, the inside of the windshield was barely touched. No effort put into cleaning it at all., mainly just smeared around. Plus, do not appreciate that my radio station was changed and my headlights were changed off of auto!! Will not be back.
Upon pulling into the stand to pay, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman. He explained all services and prices, I opted for the full service Gold. Let me say a miracle was performed that day!!! We moved from Texas to Georgia with three pets in the car and pet hair build up. There was literally no trace of hair after my one time visit. I had the option to sit outside or listen to the free jukebox inside, I chose the latter. At the time hurricane news was on, so I listened to both...Tips are allowed and I gave all the cash on me that was in my purse!!! I shall return
Paid for the rock star wash never saw the guy touch the outside of my car. He was finished in 10 minutes. Asked if he put the wax on of course he claimed he did. Windows spotted. Horrible job. Took pictures thought about taking it right back, but can't trust them to touch my car again.
Tammie and her crew did an outstanding job on my car. The full service wash left my car looking like it was new again!
