My husband and I both ordered nuggets. There was one plate of nuggets, another of wings. My husband asked what sauces were on that one to see which of our orders were wrong and the guy said "well what did you order?" Obviously didn't even know what he brought out. They brought out the wrong side and the girl said "well maybe this isn't your food." This was very unorganized and unprofessional. It was clear that these two people were very peeved that we were frustrated. We immediately got up and left. We will not be back.

Wild Chef salad is great deal on Mondays. All salads are half price! Oh, BTW they have very good wings and cold beer too

My brothers 21st birthday party was planned at this wild wings location. Approximately, 15-20 of individuals showed up. Already, when we got there the draft mechanism were down. That was frustrating but not the end of the night. Since it was my brothers 21st people were buying him shots, including myself. The server KAYLA was amazing. She was polite, well-mannered, attentive, and had great menu knowledge. The problem came when a shot was spilled. The shots were poured into a flimsy cheap plastic cup. Not into actually shot glasses. Since, they don't weight anything the birthday boy gabbed a shot then knocked another over in the process. I asked Kayla if they could just take that one off and pour another (charge me for just one shot). She came back to inform me that the manager said no. I stated that I wanted to speak to him (WILL SCHOLER). When he arrived at the table his body language was already in a defense, offset stand point. I asked "why he could not take the shot off, since it was an accident". He replayed "because it was our fault".Since he wanted to argue over a $6.75 shot after we had already spent well over $300+ in food and beverages. I asked a simple question that if a person knocked over some food would you have to charge them twice, for the remake. He said he would. I asked one more question to try and understand this insane logic. I asked if he believed in the customer was always right, motto. He stated that he did not believe the customer was always right. That showed me that he had no intention from the beginning of the conversation in helping the customer. This is just bad/poor management. I told him we were done here and I paid $6.75 for a shot I never consumed. I have worked in F&B for several years and never have I personally told or would tell somebody that. Next time the family gets together to spend $300+ at a restaurant we will not bring our business back to WILD WINGS. Because of the ignorance and complete disregard of the customer care from one manager over $6.75.

my family came from out of town, and i recommended wild wing cafe. My wings were brought out without sauce, my long island drink taste like beer and flat coke soda. my sister's drink taste like beer and strawberry syrup. 3 of our salads were missing cucumbers and eggs. it was so frustrating, I didn't ask the waitress to send the 2nd drink back. we asked for the manager, and he never came to our table. Once we found out who the manager was (Greg), we realized he had been passing by our table the whole time. The waitress stated she did inform him of the mishaps with our orders coming from their kitchen. The waitress was excellent. She remained professional even though I know the situation had to frustrating for her. We had a party of 6, and she straightened everything out. I use to frequent the restaurant often, but I'm not sure if I'll return anytime soon. I definitely will not recommend any visitors to eat there.

I am highly disappointed with my visit. My husband has been here and few times and I have been here once and we haven't had a problem. Tonight, we brought my parents here to have dinner with them before they drove back to Maryland in the morning. We were seated at 6:00. We ordered quickly. Our server, Katie, was nice, but was very busy. It was not busy when we got there but it started getting busier. She came multiple times to tell us our order was coming out soon. It didn't. All the people sitting around us who were seated after us got served even though we were told the kitchen was backed up. It was 7:00 before any food came out and everything was wrong.

Definitely need some help here. Beer was sent back because there was lipstick all over the glass. We got charged for it anyway and was not even offered a replacement for it. Breanna needs much improvement on her serving skills. Ordered tater tots, got French fries. The upside to this visit? The chicken was good and We were not charged $1 up-charge for the 4 pieces of celery we got. We will not be back anytime soon. We’ll take that beer charge off your tip. Sorry, but not sorry.
