I left a review last night the 20th of November and didn't have enough space to complete my comment.I was a first time customer whom I got the lady's name wrong.karen was the one who did my hair.Made it look awful.Cut about four inches off of what was 12 inchest when I asked for 2 and also made my hair brown with red and few highlights big red spot on top of my head.Was the worst experience of my life and they still made me pay 115 dollars.Never go here.You will regret it.right before Thanksgiving and a disaster.
