Great customer service, fast pace, no hassle.
If able, avoid using this branch at all costs. Not only are they unorganized and each person gives different information, but they have really horrible customer service. While trying to buy a house, the manager would not sign or date any information THEY printed out and gave to us-not even a simple bank statement. When my husband asked to speak to the manager, the manager YELLED at him and said that she would not sign or date any documents given to us by the bank. Meanwhile, he went to another branch and they signed it no problem. It gave the impression that there are shady things going on there. I closed my bank account at this branch after banking with BoA for over 10 years after being treated so poorly. I never thought BoA would keep such poor management in their company. So disappointing.
