Received an audit after having Mayo prepare my taxes, paid Mayo to respond to said audit, and was charged for her services both times. CPA failed to proved IRS with all provided documentation causing the audit to be extended as a result of the oversight. I took matters into my own hands, provided the requested documentation to IRS after the oversight, and ultimately had the audit lifted (myself). Never received an apology or refund as a result.
